Using a personalized health portal, personnel answer a comprehensive, confidential set of medical and lifestyle questionnaires that can assess the relative risk of 12 cancers, 4 chronic diseases, stress, anxiety and mood disorders. Employees receive valuable information on their health status as an immediate benefit, and the organization receives an anonymous report that breaks down organizational health risk by condition and personnel hierarchy. It will also display an overall health “score” for the organization, broken down by job type, that factors in mortality risk and Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALY). This score can be used as an effective means of measuring the effectiveness of the organization’s employee health strategy.
Employees are able to access the health portal for important information on reducing disease risk and keeping them “mentally fit”.
